Helpful links: FAQs, Features, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How do I open the RTI Scheduler tool?
Open the homepage and choose Start Scheduling or Add Intervention. You can begin as a guest without creating an account. This independent tool helps you plan your own tasks rather than manage a school’s student accounts.

What should I enter as the task name?
Use a short, useful name such as Reading practice group or Prepare math materials. Add an optional detail if it helps you prepare, such as Bring reading cards.
Keep student names, grades, medical information, passwords, and other confidential records out of the task.
How do I choose a date and time?
Select the date and enter the time for the planned task. Check both before saving so the task appears on the intended day.
Times are stored as the clock values you enter. The tool does not convert time zones or send automatic reminders.

How do I set the task’s priority?
Choose High, Medium, or Low, then save the task. The priority label helps you recognize what needs attention in your list.
You can change the priority later by editing the task. These labels are personal planning choices, not student intervention tiers.
How do I find a task after saving it?
Use Today for tasks dated today, Upcoming for future tasks, or All Tasks to see the full list. Use the date controls when you want to focus on a particular day.
The homepage schedule views use the same saved list. Check the task’s name, date, time, and priority to confirm it matches your plan.

How can I edit or delete a saved task?
Open the options beside the task and choose Edit. Change the fields you need, then save. Use Delete if you no longer need the task.
Keep a separate copy of any important information before deleting a task. Signing out is different from deleting it.
How can I save guest tasks to an account?
Select Sign Up to create a free account, or Log In if you already have one here. Use the email address and password for this independent website, not a school or Clever password.
After successful sign in, the tool attempts to transfer guest tasks from that browser to your account. Check that the task list has saved before clearing browser data.

How do I load my schedule on another device?
Open this website on the other device and sign in to the same account. Use Refresh schedule to load the latest saved tasks.
Guest tasks stay in the browser where you create them until transferred. Avoid editing the same account schedule on two devices at once.
What should I do if a task does not save?
If you are a guest, check that your browser allows website storage. Clearing website data or using private browsing can affect the schedule. Keep important task details elsewhere before changing storage settings.
If you are signed in, check your connection and the tool’s error message. Keep the page open and retry the save or transfer. Contact the owner if you still need help, without sending confidential task content.
