About RTI Scheduler

Who runs RTI Scheduler?

RTI Scheduler is independently developed and managed by Raza Mehdi. I built this tool to help educators keep intervention tasks, dates, times, and priorities together in one clear schedule.

A focused planning tool for the everyday work of organizing student support.

Why it exists

Why did I build RTI Scheduler?

Planning an intervention can mean keeping track of a reading group, a math session, a support task, and a time that has changed. When those details are spread across notes and separate calendars, it is easy to lose track of the next session.

I created RTI Scheduler to keep that practical planning work in one place. You can see what you have scheduled, change a session when plans move, and keep the most important tasks visible.

What it helps with

What can you organize with this tool?

Use the scheduler to plan intervention tasks rather than manage a full student records system. You can:

  • Add an intervention or support task with a date and time.
  • Set a High, Medium, or Low priority.
  • Review upcoming tasks in one schedule.
  • Edit task details or reschedule a session.
  • Remove a task when you no longer need it.

It works through a web browser, so no software installation is needed. Use general task descriptions and keep confidential student information in your school’s approved systems.

Scope and independence

Is this the official school RTI Scheduler platform?

No. This website is an independent scheduling tool developed by Raza Mehdi. It is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com and does not provide school, district, or Clever login access.

This tool focuses on planning intervention tasks. It does not replace a complete MTSS platform, a student information system, progress monitoring, or your school’s decisions about student support.

If your school has given you an RTI Scheduler account, use the login address supplied by your school.

My goal

What am I working toward?

My goal is to make intervention planning easier to follow and easier to update. A useful tool should help you find the next task without making you learn a complicated workflow first.

Feedback about confusing steps, display problems, or missing information helps me decide what to improve next.
