What do you need to know about RTI Scheduler?

Get answers about login, free scheduling, mobile use, saved tasks, and the difference between this tool and a school scheduling account.

Last updated:

What is RTI Scheduler and who is this tool for?

This independent RTI Scheduler helps educators and other adults plan their own tasks by date, time, and priority. It is developed by Raza Mehdi and runs on rtischeduler.com.co.

It is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com. Use it for personal planning rather than student enrollment, attendance records, or school account access.

How much does RTI Scheduler cost to use?

This tool is free to use. You can try it as a guest without registering, or create a free account to save tasks to your account.

Guest scheduling keeps your tasks in the browser you use. An account lets you load your saved tasks after signing in from another device. Pricing for a different school scheduling provider does not apply to this independent tool.

How do I log in to my RTI Scheduler account?

Open the homepage, select Log In, and enter the email address and password you registered on this website. Use Sign Up if you have not created an account here.

Check that you are using rtischeduler.com.co. A Clever account or password for a district’s scheduling system will not sign you in here. If login fails, check your email address, allow login cookies, and contact the owner if you still need help. Never send your password by email.

Is there an RTI Scheduler app for phones or tablets?

You can use the tool in a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. You do not need to download a separate app to use this website.

A guest schedule belongs to that browser. To access saved account tasks from another device, sign in to the same account there.

How can I use RTI Scheduler to plan tasks for classes?

On the homepage, choose Start Scheduling or Add Intervention. Enter a descriptive name, choose the date and time, set the priority, and save the task. You can add an optional detail if it helps you prepare.

For example, use Reading practice group rather than listing student names or private records. The tool organizes your planning tasks; your school team still decides the instruction, staffing, and student support.

How do I edit or delete an intervention task?

Find the task in your schedule and open the options button beside it. Choose Edit to change its name, date, time, priority, or optional detail. Save the changes when you are finished.

Choose Delete to remove a task from the current saved list. The schedule views on the homepage use that same list. Keep a separate copy of any task details you may need before deleting them.

How can I save my RTI schedule across devices?

Sign in or create an account on the device where you made your guest tasks. The tool attempts to move those tasks into your account after successful sign in. Check that the tasks appear before clearing browser storage.

On another device, sign in to that same account and use Refresh schedule to load its latest saved list. Avoid editing the schedule on two devices at the same time, because overlapping changes can replace an earlier update.

Why are my RTI Scheduler tasks not saving?

For guest scheduling, check whether your browser allows website storage. Private browsing, blocked storage, or clearing website data can affect your guest schedule. Do not clear that data until you have copied any important tasks.

When signed in, check your internet connection and the message shown by the tool. Keep the page open and retry if a save or guest transfer fails. Use Refresh schedule to check the saved account list. If the problem continues, email the owner with the action you tried and the error message, without sharing confidential task details.

Can I use Clever, Alpine, CSISD, CCISD, or Canyons login here?

This independent website does not connect to Clever or district scheduling accounts, including Alpine, CSISD, CCISD, and Canyons. It cannot retrieve a school schedule or recover a district password.

If you are looking for a student or teacher login provided by your school, use the address supplied by the school or ask its support team. Do not enter a school password on this website.

Can I put student information in my schedule?

Keep task names and details general. Do not enter student names, grades, diagnoses, medical details, passwords, or other confidential records into this personal planning tool.

Guest tasks are stored in your browser, while account tasks are saved in the website’s WordPress database. Clearing browser data does not remove saved account tasks. For account information or deletion requests, contact the owner and review the Privacy Policy.

How can I get help with a question not answered here?

Contact Raza Mehdi with the page address, the action you were trying to complete, and any error message. Share your browser and device if they are relevant. Do not send passwords or confidential records.
