How can I reach the website owner?

I’m Raza Mehdi, the developer and owner of this independent RTI Scheduler website. If something is confusing or a task does not save as expected, tell me what happened so I can look into it.

Email is a useful way to include the details of a problem. This page does not promise live support or a fixed response time. For an in person visit, contact me first to confirm arrangements.

What should I include when reporting a problem?

Include the page address, what you tried to do, what happened instead, and the browser and device you used. Tell me whether you were scheduling as a guest or while signed in. A screenshot can help if it does not reveal private information.

Please do not send your password, student records, patient details or another person’s confidential information. Describe the problem with a general example instead.

How can I ask about my account or personal information?

For an account information, correction or deletion request, email from the address associated with your account and explain what you want reviewed. I may need to confirm ownership before discussing account details or making changes. You do not need to send your password.

Signing out and deleting a task do not delete your account. The Privacy Policy explains the difference between browser tasks, account tasks and backup copies. Contact me before using an account if you need specific information about hosting or retention.

How can I report an accessibility barrier?

Tell me which page or feature was difficult to use, what you were trying to do, and any browser, keyboard or assistive technology involved. You can suggest a format that would make a reply easier to use. I do not need a medical history or diagnosis to understand a website barrier.

Who should I contact for a school or district login?

This website cannot reset a login for the official school RTI Scheduler service. Contact your school or use the support route provided by the service your school uses. The Disclaimer explains how this independent planner differs.
