How can I plan an intervention task?
Give the task a clear name, choose a date and time, and save it to your schedule. Use it to prepare reading groups, math practice, meetings, or other tasks you need to organize.
You choose the time in your local clock format. The tool keeps the date and time you enter; it does not convert between time zones.

How do I decide which tasks need attention first?
Choose High, Medium, or Low priority when you add a task. The priority appears beside the task so you can distinguish important work at a glance.
You can change the priority later through Edit. Priority is a planning label, not an automatic reminder or a student intervention tier.
Where can I see today’s tasks and upcoming plans?
Use Today for tasks dated today, Upcoming for future tasks, and All Tasks for your full saved list. Date controls help you focus on a particular day.
The homepage views use the same task list. Add or edit a task in one place and the other views reflect that change.

Can I change a task when my plans change?
Open the options button beside a task and choose Edit. Update the name, date, time, priority, or optional detail, then save the changes.
Use Delete to remove a task you no longer need. Keep another copy of important details before deleting them.
How can I keep preparation details with a task?
Add an optional detail when creating or editing a task. A short note such as Bring reading cards can keep preparation information with the planned session.
Keep notes general. Do not enter student names, grades, diagnoses, passwords, or other confidential records.

Can I try scheduling without creating an account?
Yes. Guest scheduling lets you add, edit, and delete tasks without signing up. Tasks stay in local storage in the browser you use.
Clearing that website data can remove your guest schedule. Private browsing or blocked storage can also affect saving, so keep a separate copy of important plans.
How can I keep my schedule available on another device?
Create a free account or sign in to save tasks to your account. The tool attempts to transfer guest tasks after successful sign in; check that the list has saved before clearing browser data.
Sign in to the same account on another device and use Refresh schedule to load its latest list. Avoid editing the same schedule on two devices at once.

Can I use RTI Scheduler on my phone or tablet?
Use the website in a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can plan tasks without installing a separate app.
Guest tasks stay in the browser where you created them. Account tasks can be loaded after you sign in from another device.
What should I know before using these features?
This is an independent personal planning tool by Raza Mehdi at rtischeduler.com.co. It is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com, and the scheduling tool is free to use.
It does not connect to Clever or district accounts, enroll students, record attendance, check room capacity, measure student progress, or send automatic reminders. Use your school’s approved systems for student records and instructional decisions.

How can I ask for help with a feature?
Email Raza Mehdi with the feature you were using, what you tried, and any error message. Include your browser and device if relevant. Do not send passwords or confidential records.
