Who does this Acceptable Use Policy apply to?

This policy applies to visitors and account holders using the independent RTI Scheduler website at rtischeduler.com.co. It supplements the website’s Terms of Service and explains how to use the scheduling tool responsibly. By using this website, you agree to follow these rules.

This website is developed and managed by Raza Mehdi. It is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com. These rules cover this website, not another provider’s accounts or services.

What can I use the scheduling tool for?

Use the tool to plan your own tasks by date, time, and priority. You can try guest scheduling in your browser or use an account to save your schedule and load it when you sign in.

Keep task names and optional details relevant to your planning. This personal scheduling tool is not presented as an approved system for confidential student records, medical information, or other regulated records.

What information should I avoid entering?

Do not submit another person’s private information without permission or a lawful basis. Do not enter confidential student records, patient details, passwords, payment card information, or sensitive employee records into task names or details.

Use general descriptions such as Reading practice group when planning educational activities. Do not use account details or task content to mislead others, commit fraud, or conceal unauthorized activity.

What security activities are prohibited?

Do not attempt to bypass login protections, guess or steal passwords, access another person’s account or saved tasks without authorization, or interfere with the website’s security controls.

Do not upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or material intended to compromise the website or a visitor’s device. Security testing that accesses protected systems or could disrupt the service requires prior written authorization from the owner.

If you notice a possible vulnerability during normal use, stop any activity that could expose information or damage the service and report what you observed. Do not exploit the issue or access other people’s information.

Can I use bots or automated requests?

Do not use scripts, bots, or other automated requests to access protected account data without authorization, create accounts in bulk, bypass restrictions, or place excessive load on the website.

Normal search engine indexing of public pages and assistive technology used to access the website are not prohibited by this policy, provided they do not bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Contact the owner before running an integration or automated process that could affect account data or website performance.

What behavior is not allowed?

Do not use the website, task content, or support messages to threaten, harass, discriminate against, or abuse another person. Do not submit unlawful content or use the service to facilitate illegal activity.

Do not send spam or repeatedly submit abusive support requests. Explain problems clearly and share only the information needed to investigate them.

Can I use someone else’s identity or account?

Do not impersonate another individual, school, business, or organization. Do not create accounts using someone else’s email address without authorization or claim an affiliation that does not exist.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Can I resell access to this website?

You may use the scheduling tool to plan your own work, including work related to your job or business. Do not resell access to this website, sublicense its software, or market a separate service as officially endorsed by this website without written permission from the owner.

How should I respect intellectual property?

Respect the rights of the website owner and other people. Do not copy, distribute, modify, or republish protected software, designs, or content without permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights. If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, contact the owner with enough detail to identify the material and explain your concern.

How can I report misuse or a security concern?

Email rtischeduler7@gmail.com to report suspected unauthorized access, data misuse, abusive conduct, or a security concern. Include the affected page, what happened, and approximately when you noticed it.

Do not send passwords, confidential records, or copies of other people’s private information. If a screenshot is useful, remove sensitive details before sharing it. The owner may ask for additional information needed to review the report.

What happens if someone violates this policy?

The owner may review reports and suspected violations. Depending on the nature and severity of the activity, action may include a warning, restriction of access, temporary suspension, or account termination. Urgent action may be taken when needed to protect users or the website.

Where appropriate and permitted or required by applicable law, relevant information may be provided to law enforcement or other competent authorities. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, email the owner with the account email address and an explanation. Do not include your password.
