Who is this children’s privacy notice for?

This notice covers the independent RTI Scheduler website at rtischeduler.com.co, managed by Raza Mehdi. The tool is intended for educators and other adults planning their own tasks. It is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com.

This website does not provide school managed student accounts, district workspaces, or a school consent process. Children under 13 should not create an account or submit personal information here.

What does COPPA address?

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, known as COPPA, and its implementing rule address certain online collection of personal information from children under 13. Requirements can apply to services directed to children and general audience services that have actual knowledge of collecting that information.

Calling a tool an adult service or publishing this notice does not by itself establish compliance. This page explains the intended use and reporting route for this website; it is not a compliance certification.

Does this website rely on a school consent arrangement?

No school consent arrangement has been established for this independent website. A teacher using the tool for personal planning does not automatically authorize children to register or make this website an approved student records service.

Parents and educators should use the systems approved by their school for student accounts and confidential student information. This website does not claim a school official exception or treat a school’s use as consent on a parent’s behalf.

What information can an account or task contain?

Registration asks for a name, email address, and password. Tasks include a name, date, time, priority, optional detail, and task identifier. The tool has no grade level, student attendance, or intervention tier fields.

Free text fields can still contain personal information if someone enters it. Use general descriptions such as Reading practice group rather than a child’s name, diagnosis, grades, or other private details. The account form does not verify age or obtain parental consent. It is intended for adults using the tool for their own planning.

What should I do if a child’s information was submitted?

A parent, guardian, or educator who believes a child under 13 created an account or submitted personal information should email rtischeduler7@gmail.com. Include the relevant account email address or page and enough information to help locate the issue.

Do not send passwords, identity documents, or additional confidential records in the initial message. The owner may need to verify the relationship to the account and request before reviewing information or arranging deletion.

Use the owner’s contact details for information held by this independent website. A school cannot delete an account here through a district workspace.

How can submitted information be removed?

Guest tasks are stored in the browser that created them. They can be deleted in the tool or removed by clearing this website’s local storage. Account tasks are saved in the WordPress database and can be deleted from the current task list after signing in.

For account review or deletion requests involving a child’s information, contact the owner. Hosting backups and support emails may need separate review. Their retention periods have not been confirmed, so immediate removal from every copy is not promised.

How do future analytics or ads affect this notice?

Google Analytics and Google AdSense are possible future additions. Before adding tracking or advertising, we will review the audience, information collected, and privacy choices that the setup requires.

This website has not established a verified parental consent system or a school authorized child data advertising arrangement. Do not treat this notice as authorization to collect children’s information or target advertising to children.

When will this children’s privacy notice be updated?

This notice will be revised if the intended audience or information practices change. A future student account feature would require more than a wording change, including a review of consent, data access, security, deletion, and retention practices.
