Which RTI Scheduler website does this statement cover?

This statement covers the independent RTI Scheduler website at rtischeduler.com.co, developed and managed by Raza Mehdi. We want visitors, including people with disabilities, to be able to read the website, plan tasks, and get help when something is difficult to use.

This website is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com. The statement describes our own website and personal scheduling tool.

Which accessibility standard guides our work?

Our goal is to improve the website toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, known as WCAG, version 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines provide criteria for making websites easier to perceive, navigate, understand, and use with assistive technology.

A complete evaluation of this website against every applicable WCAG criterion has not been completed. We do not currently claim full WCAG conformance or certification. A readable page or a successful automated check alone does not establish that the whole website is accessible.

How can I navigate this page with a keyboard?

Use Tab to move forward through links and Shift with Tab to move backward. Press Enter to open the focused link. This statement includes a skip link to the main content, visible keyboard focus, and links to each section.

These controls help with navigation on this page. If a scheduling or account control elsewhere on the website cannot be reached or operated with your keyboard, please report the control and the steps that led to the problem.

How is this page organized for screen readers?

This page uses a main content landmark, a single primary heading, section headings, and named navigation areas. The logo has an accessible name, and contact links identify their destinations.

We have not verified every website feature with JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver. If your screen reader announces a control incorrectly, misses a message, or makes the schedule difficult to use, contact us with the page and the behavior you experienced.

Can I enlarge text or use this page on a smaller screen?

You can enlarge the page with your browser’s zoom controls. This statement uses a flexible layout that stacks its contents panel above the text on smaller screens. Text and links can wrap rather than requiring a fixed desktop layout.

Important information on this page is written in text. Links in the policy content are underlined, and keyboard focus is outlined so those cues do not rely on color alone. If text becomes clipped or a control disappears when you enlarge it, please let us know.

What accessibility limitations are still being checked?

The complete scheduling workflow, account forms, validation messages, and any content supplied by WordPress themes or plugins still need a full accessibility evaluation. Screen reader compatibility across devices and browsers has not been established.

We do not have a complete list of barriers across the website. These are areas awaiting evaluation, rather than a claim that every control is defective. Please report a specific barrier so we can understand how it affects your use.

How will accessibility improvements be handled?

Feedback helps identify where changes are needed. When an issue is reported, the owner can review the affected page, try to reproduce the problem, and consider changes to the content or controls.

This statement will be updated as evaluations are completed or the website changes. We have not published an independent accessibility audit, and we do not promise a fixed resolution time for every issue.

How can I report a barrier or request help?

Email rtischeduler7@gmail.com with the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and what prevented you from completing it. If possible, include your browser, device, assistive technology, and whether you were using keyboard navigation or browser zoom.

You can ask for an explanation of a page in plain text or discuss another way to access the information. The owner will review what support is possible. Phone contact is also available below if email is difficult to use.

Do not include your password or confidential student, medical, or account records. If you share a screenshot, remove private details first.
