Who provides this RTI Scheduler service?

These Terms of Service govern use of the independent RTI Scheduler website at rtischeduler.com.co, developed and managed by Raza Mehdi. In these terms, we and us refer to the owner of this website.

By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. This website is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com and does not provide access to its accounts.

Who can create an account here?

This service is intended for adults planning their own work. You must be at least 18 to create an account. A school or employer’s permission does not override that requirement.

Provide accurate registration information and use an email address you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person or claim an affiliation you do not have. The current registration form does not verify your age.

What does the scheduling tool provide?

The tool lets you create personal tasks with a name, date, time, priority, and optional detail. You can review schedule views, edit tasks, and delete tasks. Guest tasks are saved in your browser, while account tasks are saved with your account.

The tool does not provide organization workspaces, student enrollment, attendance tracking, classroom capacity checks, district login, automatic reminders, or time zone conversion. Use approved systems for confidential student or patient records.

Does using RTI Scheduler create a paid subscription?

The current scheduling tool and accounts are free to use. Registering does not create a paid subscription, start a paid trial, or authorize an automatic renewal.

If paid features are introduced, their prices and payment terms must be disclosed before purchase. The current Refund and Cancellation Policy explains stopping use and asking about an unexpected charge.

What are my account responsibilities?

Use a unique password and keep it private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Sign out when using a shared device and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Use the credentials for an account created on this website. Do not enter a school or Clever password here or send passwords, authentication cookies, or access tokens in a support email.

What should I know about saving my tasks?

Guest tasks stay in the browser where you create them. Clearing website data, private browsing, or blocked storage can affect your guest schedule. Keep a separate copy of important plans.

After successful sign in, the tool attempts to transfer guest tasks into your account. Check that your list has saved before clearing browser storage. On another device, sign in to the same account and use Refresh schedule to load its latest list.

Avoid editing the schedule on two devices at the same time. The service does not guarantee that simultaneous changes will be merged or that a schedule can always be recovered.

What use of the website is prohibited?

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or disclosure of another person’s private information without authority. Do not enter confidential student records, patient information, passwords, or payment card details in tasks.

Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access another account, introduce harmful code, or disrupt the website. Automated access to protected account data, bulk account creation, and excessive requests require authorization.

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy for additional conduct and reporting rules. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary search engine indexing, assistive technology, or activities that applicable law permits and these terms cannot lawfully restrict.

Who owns the content and tasks entered here?

You retain any rights you have in the task content you submit. You are responsible for having permission to use that content. You allow the website owner to store, process, and display it as needed to provide and maintain your account schedule and respond to your support requests.

Using the website does not transfer ownership of its protected software, designs, content, or third party materials to you. Respect the rights of the owner and other rights holders. Do not reproduce or distribute protected materials without permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

Where can I read about privacy and security?

The Privacy Policy explains account information, task storage, and information requests. The Cookie Policy explains login cookies and browser storage. The Data Protection and Security Policy describes the known controls and hosting details awaiting confirmation.

No method of online storage or transmission guarantees absolute security. These terms do not certify FERPA, COPPA, or HIPAA compliance or establish a school data agreement or a Business Associate Agreement.

Is uninterrupted access to the tool guaranteed?

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, network problems, hosting issues, or other interruptions. Features may change as the tool is maintained. The service is provided as available, and uninterrupted or error free operation is not guaranteed.

Check your saved schedule and keep an independent copy of plans that matter to your work. Do not rely on this tool as the only record for a critical decision or confidential recordkeeping.

How can account access end?

You can stop using the free service at any time. Signing out does not delete your account. Use task deletion controls or email the owner to request account deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The owner may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or when necessary to protect users or the website. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact the owner with the account email and an explanation.

Deletion from the current database does not necessarily remove information immediately from existing backups or support emails. Applicable retention requirements and confirmed backup practices affect what can be removed.

What limitations apply to the service?

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available, without a promise that it will meet every user’s requirements. It does not replace professional judgment, school procedures, or an approved records system.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

How can I raise a concern about these terms?

Contact the owner to explain a concern about the service, account access, or these terms. Share only the information needed to identify the issue, and keep confidential records out of the message.

Applicable law and any rights or remedies it provides continue to apply. These terms do not designate an exclusive court, require arbitration, or prevent you from using rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

How will changes to these terms be published?

Revisions will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be identified through a website notice or available account contact details where appropriate. Review the revised terms before continuing to use the service.

If you do not accept the revised terms, stop using the tool and contact the owner if you need help with your account information. Any additional consent required by applicable law will need to be obtained separately.
