How does RTI Scheduler handle your information?
Understand what happens to your account details and schedule, where guest tasks are stored, and how to contact the website owner about privacy.

Which website does this policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers the independent RTI Scheduler website at rtischeduler.com.co, developed and managed by Raza Mehdi. It explains the information used by this website’s scheduling tool and how to contact the owner about privacy.
This website is separate from the school platform at rtischeduler.com. School or district account policies do not apply to an account created on this independent website.
What information does the scheduling tool collect?
Account details: If you create an account, the registration form asks for your name, email address, and password. WordPress creates an account with a username and stores the account information in the website database.
Saved tasks: A task includes its name, date, time, priority, optional detail, and a task identifier. When you are signed in, tasks are stored with your account. The scheduling form does not ask for student records, room assignments, attendance, organization details, or payment card information.
Support messages: If you email the owner, your email address and the information you include in your message are used to respond to your request. Share only the information needed to explain the problem.

Where is my schedule stored?
Without an account, the scheduler saves tasks in local storage in the browser you use. These tasks are not submitted to the account storage endpoint while you use the tool as a guest. Clearing the website’s browser data can remove them. Private browsing or blocked storage can prevent tasks from being saved.
When you sign in or create an account, the scheduler attempts to transfer guest tasks from that browser into your account. Signed in task updates are sent to this website and stored in the WordPress database. Account tasks can then be loaded when you sign in from another device.
Signing out does not delete your account or its saved tasks. If a task transfer fails, remaining guest tasks may stay in that browser so you can retry.
Why does this website use cookies and browser storage?
WordPress uses authentication cookies to recognize signed in users. Browser local storage keeps a guest schedule in the browser where it was created. Cookies and local storage have different purposes: clearing authentication cookies signs you out, while clearing the guest task storage removes that browser’s local schedule.
You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent login. These controls do not remove tasks already saved to an account.
Normal website requests also reach the hosting infrastructure. Server or security logs may include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and error details. Ask the owner if you need information about the hosting service or additional website services before creating an account.

Will this website use analytics or advertising?
Google Analytics and Google AdSense may be introduced in the future. Before either service is enabled, this page will be updated to describe the service, its use of information, and the relevant choices available to visitors.
How is this information used?
Account details are used to create and authenticate your account. Saved task details are used to show, edit, delete, and reload your schedule. Support messages are used to investigate the issue you report and reply to you.
This tool plans personal tasks. It does not create school workspaces, record attendance, process subscriptions, or send automated intervention reminders. You should not enter confidential student, patient, or employee records into a task name or detail.
Who can access information saved to an account?
You access your saved tasks by signing in to your account. The website owner and administrators with access to the WordPress database or its backups can also access stored account information and tasks when operating or maintaining the website.
Services used to host the website or deliver support email may process information needed to provide those services. This personal planning tool does not give school or organization administrators a separate workspace view of your account.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal request. Contact the owner if you need details about the services used to operate this website.

How can I remove a task or request account deletion?
You can delete a task using the options beside it in your schedule. For guest tasks, you can also clear this website’s local storage through your browser settings. A signed in task deletion removes the task from your account’s current saved list.
For a copy of account information, a correction, or an account deletion request, email rtischeduler7@gmail.com. The owner may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on the request. Deleting a task is different from deleting your account.
Hosting backups and support email records can have separate retention periods. Removing information from the current database does not necessarily remove it immediately from existing backups. Contact the owner to ask about these periods and any retention required by applicable law.
How should I protect my account and schedule?
Use a unique password, keep it private, and sign out when using a shared device. Protect access to your device because a guest schedule can be read by someone who can use that browser.
Account task operations use WordPress authentication to check who is signed in. Security also depends on how the website and hosting services are maintained. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Should I enter children’s personal information?
This tool is intended for educators and other adults planning their own work. Use general descriptions such as Reading practice group rather than a child’s name, grades, diagnosis, or other confidential details.
Use your school’s approved systems for student records and decisions about student support. This independent tool is not presented as a school authorized student records platform. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact the owner so the matter can be reviewed.
What privacy choices are available?
You can try guest scheduling without registering, edit or delete your tasks, sign out, and manage browser cookies and storage. You can also contact the owner about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of account information.
Any additional rights depend on your location and the laws that apply. A request may require identity verification, and some information may need to be retained where applicable law requires it.
Hosting and email services may process information in a country different from your own. If the location of processing affects your decision to use an account, ask the owner for the relevant provider and storage details first.

How will changes to this policy be shown?
When the policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date. Review the policy before submitting information if your use of the website or the services you use has changed.
