How can I plan time for a reading practice group?
Create a task called Reading practice group, choose the day and time, and add a preparation note such as Bring phonics cards. Set the priority to match what needs your attention.
This keeps your own plan together. Your school’s approved system should hold student names, placements, and progress records.

How can I organize math support sessions?
Add a task for the skill you want to prepare, such as Fractions practice materials. Choose a date and time that fits your plan, then add a short note about the resources you need.
If the session moves, edit the task instead of creating another copy. The tool records your chosen time; it does not check classroom availability or enroll students.
How can I keep lesson preparation from getting overlooked?
Give preparation its own task, such as Prepare vocabulary cards, with a date, time, and priority. Use the optional detail for a brief materials checklist.
Review Today when preparing for the day and Upcoming when looking ahead. These views help you find tasks you entered, rather than deciding what you should teach.

How can I plan a follow up after an intervention?
Add a separate task such as Review reading activity plan for the day you intend to follow up. Use a general note like Review approved school records to remind yourself where to look.
Keep results and student information in the school’s approved system. This tool can hold a planning task, but it does not assess progress or recommend an intervention tier.
How can I prepare for a staff or support meeting?
Create a task called Prepare support meeting agenda and schedule a preparation time. Add a general note such as Bring materials list, then update the task if your plans change.
Use your organization’s normal calendar or meeting system for invitations and participant availability. This tool does not send meeting invitations or share a team workspace.

Can I use RTI Scheduler for my own work tasks?
Plan everyday work such as Organize classroom resources or Prepare weekly checklist. Add a date, time, and priority, then edit or delete the task when your needs change.
You can start without an account in one browser. A free account lets you load saved tasks after signing in on another device.

What does a simple weekly planning example look like?
Start with three general tasks: Prepare reading cards on Monday at 9:00, Math practice materials on Tuesday at 10:00, and Review activity plan on Friday at 13:00. Choose priorities that fit your work.
Use Upcoming to review future tasks. Open a task’s options to adjust its date or preparation detail. If you use another device, sign in to the same account and refresh the saved schedule. These tasks are examples, not a prescribed intervention plan.
When should I use a different system?
Use approved school or organization systems for confidential records, student attendance, enrollment, meeting invitations, room capacity, or decisions about support. Keep student names, grades, diagnoses, passwords, and other confidential information out of this task planner.
